Nominee Director/Secretary (650 GBP)

The function of the nominee director is to shield and protect working executives within your organisation.
Please be advised that we cannot stand in the position of Nominee Director should your company require the directors to be subject to any regulatory body either in the United Kingdom or elsewhere.

The nominee secretary will be a company acting as your company's secretary. Nominee secretaries do not usually have an active role or function in the actual running of the company but can add value to your company formation.

Why buy a nominee service?
UK company law requires that information on company directors and shareholders be registered in both the company's statutory register and at Companies House.
With a nominee service, you can protect your details and ensure confidentiality. We do not get involved in the running of your company and are on the Companies House register in name only. You will still need to perform the duties of your company appointment but our officers will handle the signing of annual returns, annual accounts and internal company contracts on your instruction.

Important notice regarding bank accounts

Please note that we will not get involved in the opening of bank accounts for companies that have our nominee service. This is not part of the nominee service and under no circumstances will we sign any bank mandates or present ourselves for ID checks for any reason.
Contact us for more.

Company Name Change (150 GBP)

Name changes can be submitted electronically.
Change of name accepted in 3 hours!

A change of name occurs when a company decides to adopt a name which is different from its current registered name. For example, a company changing its name from J Smith Limited to John Smith Limited.

A change of name does not occur when a company decides to change its company formation status, such as from a public company to a private limited company. For example, J Smith Limited to J Smith PLC. This type of change is called re-registration and should not be confused with a standard change of name.

Nor is it a change of name if a company carries on business under a name that is not its registered name. However, the company must include its registered name on documents, websites and signs at its premises.

NB. If your new company name requires supporting documentation to be filed with the name change (eg. sensitive words) we will need to submit paperwork forms. In this case the time will be: Standard (5-10 working days) and Same day (24 hours once Companies House receives the documents). Contact us for more.

Vessel Registration

Pleasure craft and small ships can be registered everywhere in the world. Contact us to decide which registration option is best for you. Although currently there is no legal requirement under English or American or other country law for owners of yachts using their vessels for domestic purposes to be registered (although it may be required for insurance / marine mortgage purposes), there is a legal requirement under international law in respect of yachts going into foreign waters. So, if you are using your vessel in international waters we strongly recommend registering it.
